Another lovely Prehnite specimen, this one showing well crystalised waxy spheres with a rose 'blush' to the crystals. This is probably due to iron inclusion. The associated white crystals are probably Feldspar. Excellent and unusual locality specimen (have you seen these offered anywhere else?)

This is a great thumbnail (more of a toenail really!)of this unusual locality specimen. An excellent combination piece of gemmy red Garnets and metallic platy crystals of Hematite, contrasting beautifully against the white matrix. I have not seen any more of these unusual specimens from here since 2005.

These unusual specimens came out of Morocco a couple of years ago (I first saw them in 2005)and I've not seen any since then. A white matrix has scattered groups of red- orange slightly flattened spessartine Garnet crystals. Associated with the Garnets are metallic platy crystals of Hematite. The Garnets are approximately 2mm. A super thumbnail of this unusual locality specimen
