Unusual location for the Tourmaline collector!

Mozambique is renowned for producing exceptional Tourmalines, particularly the famous copper bearing 'Paraiba' type crystals that sell for many thousands of dollars per carat.

Here we have A beautiful little crystal with a deep cranberry colour, orangy at the base and with a pale green cap termination.Lovely.

A single crystal of Hematite showing growth striations and lustrous deep red/black colouration. A few minor 'nibbles' to the edges, but otherwise a good example from the Congo of a hematite crystal this large.

A fine example of this popular cobalt rich variety of Calcite. The display face shows aggregates of stacked rhombic plates of pink crystals, some with a deeper pink on the edges. Pretty!
